You know me… or maybe you don’t. If you do, you know that I am quite an odd person with some quite strange habits. You will also know that I am a bit of a rail enthusiast.

The idea of the Tube Challenge is to travel to or through all the stations on the London Underground network in the shortest amount of time possible. At present, the record stands at around 17½ hours. I am hoping to do the Full Network Challenge myself in aid of Tearfund at some point (probably February 2010). There’s a whole forum of people who Challenge so I’m not alone here – I expect that I will be joined in full or in part by ‘regular’ Challengers (I have joined them on minor ‘events’ in the past – see some of the other pages in this section when I get round to doing them!) when I do the FNC.

You can sponsor me for this by going to www.justgiving.com/richietheg and following there, or you can – something which I think is unique here – sponsor me for a specific station. If you would like to do this, just contact me (you can chose not to be listed below if you wish – ‘Anonymous’ will be put instead). I will only have one sponsor per station so make sure you pick your favourite one now! (if more than 270 people decide that they want to sponsor me for a station then I will reopen the list!).
